Dr Haridas graduated from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, in 1998. He has had a distinguished career in the Sri Lankan Hospital system working in specialties of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine. He completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Critical Care medicine from the University of Colombo in 2010.
Dr Haridas has completed the requirements of the Australian Medical Council and has obtained General registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
He moved to Australia in 2018 and commenced work in the Intensive Care Department at Bunbury Hospital, Western Australia. In early 2019, he moved to Westmead Hospital, Sydney as a registrar in Geriatric Medicine and then continued his Intensive Care interest at Westmead Hospital and thereafter at St George Hospital, Sydney.
He now brings his varied wealth of more than 20 years’ experience to Peppertree GP Medical Centre.
Dr Haridas has special interests in Geriatric Medicine and Chronic Disease Management.
Languages spoken: English, Sinhalese and Tamil.
WE ARE A MIXED BILLING PRACTICE
Bulk billing applies to routine consultations for those who meet the following criteria only:
65 years or older AND hold a valid Pension Card
Children 12 years and under
Fees apply for all procedures / Skin Checks etc.
All out-of-hours appointments after 5:30pm are privately billed and will attract a $10 Surcharge.
Payment is to be made at the time of consultation.
Eftpos Facilities & Medicare Claiming is available on site.
