Glow Wellness and Nutrition

Bailey is an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Newcastle, with a big love for food, people, and all things nutrition. She moved to Newcastle from Sydney while completing her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) at the University of Newcastle, and somewhere along the way she completely fell in love with the community. Her honours year really cemented how much she values person-centred, holistic care and the difference compassionate, clear nutrition support can make in someone’s life.

Bailey works with people across all stages of life and really believes nutrition shouldn’t feel confusing, overwhelming, or restrictive. Bailey’s focus is on helping you understand your body, feel confident with food, and make changes that genuinely fit your lifestyle, values and goals.
